How Do I Ship My Order to a Store?

For convenience, you can place an order from Timberland.com and choose to have your order delivered right to your nearest Timberland® store (see below for list of participating stores).

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY ORDER FROM THE SELECTED STORE?

• Valid ID
• Copy of the receipt (email or paper are fine) 

 

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM A STORE?

You will receive an email when your order is Ready for Pickup. Once you receive this email, your order is held for 14 days before your order is canceled.

 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER IF I PICK UP IN STORE?

You are charged at the time of purchase, so you won’t owe anything in the store.

 

ONCE INSIDE THE STORE, WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Let any sales associate know you are there to pick up your order. 

 

CAN I HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, during the ordering process (on the shipping page), there is a section to “Add Alternative Pickup Person.” 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY PICKUP LOCATION AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Sorry, but you can't change your pickup store. You must pick up your order at the Timberland® store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can either cancel your order or let the pickup window expire.
